About these terms
These terms govern your use of the MotoDealz website, operated by Peak Solution Private Limited, part of the SuperSoln group. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
What this website does
This website is an informational and enquiry website. It does not list live inventory, does not host bidding, and does not process any transaction. All transactions take place in the MotoDealz mobile application and through our operations team.
MotoDealz currently operates in Maharashtra only.
Enquiries and callbacks
Submitting an enquiry form does not create a contract, a valuation, a guaranteed price, or an obligation on either party. It is a request for our team to contact you.
Any indication of timing, such as a 24-hour callback, is a service commitment we work to, not a contractual guarantee.
By submitting an enquiry you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about it. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Pricing and bidding
Where a bike is offered through MotoDealz, the seller confirms a minimum price with our team before the bidding session, and authorised vendors may bid at or above that price. A seller is not obliged to accept any bid.
Vendor applications
Applying to become a vendor does not entitle you to vendor status. MotoDealz verifies each applicant and may decline or withdraw vendor status at its discretion.
Acceptable use
We operate a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must not use the website to submit false or misleading information, to impersonate another person, to interfere with the operation of the site or its security, or to extract data by automated means.
Reports of objectionable content or abusive behaviour are reviewed and acted upon by our team within 24 hours.
Accuracy of information
Showcase listings shown on this website are illustrative examples updated periodically. They are not offers, and availability and details may have changed. Live listings are in the MotoDealz app.
While we take care to keep the website accurate, we do not warrant that it is free from inaccuracies or errors.
Third-party links
The website links to third-party services, including the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store and WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Intellectual property and trademarks
The MotoDealz name and logo, and the content of this website, belong to Peak Solution Private Limited and may not be reproduced, distributed or used to create derivative works without written permission.
Motorcycle manufacturer names and marks referred to on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe vehicles. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those manufacturers.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these terms.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, network or power failures, industrial action, or acts of government.
Waiver, severability and amendment
A failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of it. If any provision is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force. We may amend these terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page.
