Who we are
MotoDealz is a platform for buying and selling pre-owned two-wheelers in Maharashtra. It is operated by Peak Solution Private Limited, part of the SuperSoln group, with its registered office at H. No. 198/4, At Warkhed, Post Hadgaon, Pathri, Parbhani, Maharashtra 431506, India.
This policy explains what personal information the MotoDealz website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only - the MotoDealz mobile application is covered by the privacy policy published within the app.

Information we collect
The website collects only the information you type into one of our two enquiry forms. We do not require you to create an account, and the website has no login.
- Sell your bike form: your name, mobile number, bike model and year, and your area in Pune.
- Become a vendor form: your name, shop name, mobile number, and your area in Pune.
- Technical information collected automatically, such as your IP address, approximate location, device type, and how you move through the site.
- Any correspondence between you and MotoDealz.
How we use your information
We use the details you submit solely to operate the MotoDealz service: to call you back about your enquiry, to confirm your bike details and minimum price, to verify a dealership, and to coordinate documentation and RC transfer.
We use technical and analytics information to remember your preferences, to improve the content and layout of the site, and to diagnose faults. Analytics data is collected in anonymised form and is not used to identify you personally.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising unrelated to MotoDealz.
Who we share it with
When you list a bike, the details necessary to run a bidding session are made available to MotoDealz-authorised vendors. Your contact details are shared with the winning vendor only where this is necessary to complete inspection, payment, handover and RC transfer.
We may share information with companies that are legally part of the same group as Peak Solution Private Limited. Where we do, we remove or combine data so that it no longer identifies you, unless sharing identifiable information is necessary to provide the service you asked for.
We also use service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our hosting provider, our spreadsheet and messaging tools, and our analytics provider.
We may disclose information where required by law, or by a court or law-enforcement agency, for the verification of identity, or for the prevention, detection or investigation of offences, including cyber incidents.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies and similar identifiers to remember information so you do not have to re-enter it, to personalise content, and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; parts of the site may then work less well.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as necessary to operate the service and to meet legal and tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights and deleting your information
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, or to delete it where we are not required to retain it.
To have your information deleted, email hello@motodealz.in stating the mobile number or email address you used and the details you want removed. If you use the MotoDealz app, you can also delete your account from the app's settings screen.

Keeping your account secure
Where you hold a MotoDealz app account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Please tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Please stop using the website if you do not agree with a change.
